Stress is how the body reacts to any kind of demand, threat or change being experienced. It is usually associated with a feeling of being overwhelmed. It is important to note that stress is not a “one size fits all” concept. What stresses one person out may not faze the next person based on the way in which they perceive the stressor. This is why it is important to understand the causes and affects of stress, as well as how to identify your own stressors and ways to properly manage your stress. In this way, during the training all participants (both teaching staff ans assistants) will feel and test how importance is the individual work on the stress management and prevention, but also how is good and useful share and work together on it with other people.
